Feature Request: External API Proxy for Usage Tracking

Hi team,

I would like to suggest adding support for connecting external APIs (such as OpenAI, ElevenLabs, etc.) through a custom proxy server.

This feature would allow users to:

• Track their personal API usage through the proxy
• Integrate API calls with their own monitoring systems
• Better manage costs and usage statistics

This would be particularly useful for self-hosted deployments where users want to maintain control over their API consumption and integrate it with their existing infrastructure.
