Download error - transcription and summary engines

I downloaded the community version to test out, and getting failures on boot on my mac. It made a comment about internet connection, but I am fully connected, am I doing it wrong? :)

I have the same issue on windows , i know why because the firewall is blocking me to download , i am trying to do an offline install , i downloaded the models (i hope they are correct files) , but not sure were to place them
