[Feature Request] Disable organization administration for users (org admins)

Currently, as far as i can see, there is no option to limit users from changing settings in organizations they create.
For example users who can create organizations are able to configure the "single organization" setting or the "master password policy", not sure though how the latter applies when in the admin ui the password policy is configured to something specific (or not configured at all).

My plan is to introduce vaultwarden in my company using the new sso feature. I want to allow users to create organizations which would then replicate the organization structure and their teams. But i do not want users (or org admins) to change those settings in the organizations admin settings.
I know there is the "groups" feature, but from what i can see that would need the org admin (which would probably be me) to add new users separately to the correct groups. I want to let the teams theirselves to add or remove users from their org in vaultwarden.
