I tried looking for docs around syntax around MCP tool definition. I am having a hard time finding it. https://github.com/github/copilot-sdk/blob/main/dotnet/test/McpAndAgentsTests.cs & https://github.com/github/copilot-sdk/blob/main/docs/mcp/overview.md Do not seem to define how to use all tools in an a MCP except for 1 in an agent. They dont seem to say how to initialize into an agent.
