Dear GitHub Support Team,
I am writing to appeal the disabling of GitHub Actions for my account ([Your GitHub Username]). I received the message: "GitHub Actions is currently disabled for your account. Please reach out to GitHub Support for assistance."
I have reviewed GitHub's Acceptable Use Policies and Code of Conduct, and to the best of my knowledge, I have not engaged in any activity that violates these terms. My usage of GitHub Actions has been strictly for legitimate purposes, including:

Building and testing personal open-source projects
Running standard CI/CD pipelines for software development
Automating routine repository maintenance tasks

I believe this restriction may have been triggered automatically due to a misunderstanding of my usage patterns. I am a genuine developer who values GitHub's platform and community, and I am fully committed to complying with all policies.
If any specific action or workflow inadvertently triggered this flag, I sincerely apologize and request clarification so I can immediately rectify the issue and prevent recurrence.
I have already verified the following:
