I'm trying to upgrade from the GitHub Educational Plan to GitHub Copilot Pro, but running into a billing address issue after relocating to a different country.

• Updated my payment details after moving to a new geography — the update appeared to go through successfully
• However, when attempting to upgrade to Copilot Pro, I get an error stating the billing address cannot be changed
