I ran into a similar issue once while trying to upgrade from the mobile app. In many cases this kind of error is related to the Google Play billing side rather than GitHub itself. Sometimes the Play Store payment method, cached data, or account sync causes the purchase request to fail even though everything looks fine in the app. A couple of things that are worth trying: first, make sure the Google Play Store app is updated and that your payment method there is valid. Clearing the Play Store cache or signing out and back in to your Google account can also help sometimes. Another thing to check is whether there’s already an active subscription or a pending payment that might be blocking the new purchase. If it still fails after that, the best option is to contact GitHub Support and include the error message and device details. They can check the subscription status on their side and usually point out what’s going wrong. |

Hi Team, I’m trying to upgrade my plan to Pro+ using the mobile app, but when I click on “Upgrade,” I receive the following error: “Purchase failed. An error occurred while processing your purchase for Copilot Pro.” I also tried canceling my current plan and upgrading again, but I’m still facing the same issue. I’ve checked my internet connection and payment method, and both are working properly. Could you please help me resolve this issue? Thank you in advance. |

Hi team I try to upgrade my plan to pro + by mobile but when I click on upgrade its throw error
