Thanks for your patience. I can confirm that your verified Teacher status guarantees access to Copilot Pro — the issue is simply that your previous Copilot Student plan is still showing as active, which is blocking the Teacher benefits from appearing correctly. Your support ticket #4176362 is the right path, and once Support updates your subscription state, the Teacher benefits will apply in full. You will not lose your Teacher benefits because of this delay, and the resolution will be completed before your Teacher benefits expire. In short: you don’t need to switch services — your Teacher Pro benefits are secure, and Support will correct the mismatch. |

I've created a support ticket more than 2 weeks ago - but still got no answers. My teacher status is verified, but I previously had Copilot Student. And because of that, the Copilot settings page shows “GitHub Copilot Student is active” and I cannot access my Pro benefits.
My support ticket #4176362. Is there a chance this issue will be resolved before my teacher benefits expire, or I should just choose another service?
