GitHub iOS: Copilot Pro upgrade screen close button overlaps top-right area on iPhone 17e

On the GitHub iOS app, the “Upgrade to Copilot Pro” screen has a layout/safe-area bug on iPhone 17e.

The close button in the top-right corner overlaps with the top system/status area, so it is very hard or impossible to tap.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open GitHub iOS app
2. Open the Copilot section
3. Enter the “Upgrade to Copilot Pro” screen
4. Try to tap the close button in the top-right corner

Expected:
The close button should be fully inside the safe area and tappable.

Actual:
The close button overlaps with the top-right system area and cannot be tapped properly.
