It would be very useful and it is good for hotfixes that can't wait until I'm back at my computer. Saves me from signing in through the browser to do this :)

Also not really related but would also get us closer to web UI parity, but the 'files changed' section in mobile app PRs don't show new (green +) vs changed (grey +-) files. It would be handy to have this added too.

Agreed, this would be really useful—especially for quick hotfixes on the go. Being able to handle it directly without needing to sign in through the browser would definitely improve convenience and speed 👍
