I tried to create a support ticket but I was re-direct to this forum because the result page doesn't help me with any details.
Here is my abnormal count:
The whole year 2026: 1660 premium requests
March 2026: 1500 premium requests (make sense)
upto 5 Apr 2026: 1233.96 (how could this possible????)
last month (March):
this month (from 1-5Apr):
whole year (means upto now):
