Can't paste images on Alacritty

Running on:

• pi version: 0.32.1
• Alacritty version: 0.16.1

Pasting images works on codex and amp, not sure if they're doing something special with Alacritty.

This never worked in pi, no matter the terminal. I'll take a look eventually, unless someone sends a sensible PR. On macOS, cmd+shift+4, select area, then dragging the preview thumbnail in the bottom right corner onto the terminal works, as that just injects the file path.
