Prompts larger than the screen fuck up everything

When you load a prompt with setEditorText in that is larger than the screen, then everything falls apart:

Esc also stops working (ctrl+c still works though). I guess the editor component would have to start scrolling if it's reaching the limits of the terminal.

Fixed. Editor now has vertical scrolling when content exceeds terminal height.

• Max height: 30% of terminal (min 5 lines)
• Page Up/Down keys work (Fn+Up/Down on MacBook)
• Scroll indicators show lines above/below viewport

Breaking change: Editor constructor now requires TUI as first param for terminal dimension access.

Also fixed a bug where pageUp/pageDown key matching was broken due to case sensitivity in the key parser.
