I have no "Admin Console"...?

I just noticed something: On my company's web-vault via Vaultwarden 1.33.2, I see this:

Here, I can create orgs and whatnot.

But on my own, private instance with just me and two friends:

In my company, when looking at the admin pages, the "Org Create Users" is blank, and so is the setting on my private instance.

I feel like I am just overlooking something here... but can't find it :/

Any idea?

Do you have an organisation in your private instance. If so, what roles does your user have in this organisatiion? You need to be either admin or owner of an organisation to see an admin console

And if not, you might have to first create an organization:

Yep... that was it. Oh my god, I feel so stupid. xD Completely overlooked the "+ Add Org" link and didn't even think of that.

thanks from me too, I was used to creating orgs over the admin console, I totally didnt notice you can create one over there too.
