Wrong slh dsa oids in doc/api/crypto.md

Description of the problem

There is a Documentation Bug in doc/api/crypto.md for slh dsa algorithms. The algorithms should start with id-slh-dsa-sha2-128s with oid "2.16.840.1.101.3.4.3.20" and end with id-slh-dsa-shake-256f with oid "2.16.840.1.101.3.4.3.31".
