On my pixel 9 I have github installed and there is a widget I can add to my home screen that shows contributions?

The contribution graph isn't available in the GitHub mobile app — this is a known feature gap that's been requested multiple times.

Current workarounds:

• Android widget: As @KennethhSWE mentioned, there's a home screen widget that shows your contribution graph (available on Android)
• Browser: Open github.com/yourusername in your mobile browser — the full contribution graph renders there
• Third-party apps: Apps like "Contributions for GitHub" (iOS) and similar on Android show your contribution chart in a mobile-friendly format
