Cluster Scan: Detail page: Missing/missaligned header info

Setup

• Rancher version:
• Rancher UI Extensions:
• Browser type & version:

Describe the bug

• detail page for a compliance cluster scan shows label & annotations in the middle
• normally we show some general header info on the left

To Reproduce

• cluster tools --> install compliance app
• start a scan
• wait for scan to complete --> click on a scan

Result

Expected Result
Not sure, one of

1. If there is header left content it should show
2. If no header left content the labels and annotations should be left aligned
